Zeke turned one this week. It is insane to us that it has already been a year since this sweet boy joined our family! Here is a year in review:

It's so much fun to look at the difference a year can make! From a tiny baby to a little boy, Zeke has changed so much!! At birth Zeke weighed 8 pounds and was 20 3/4 inches long! At a year old he is 23 pounds and 30 inches long! He is right at average for height and just over average for weight!
At a year old Zeke loves:
*Reading books!
*Pulling on the cat's tails!
*Climbing on everything he can!!
*Playing on phones!
*Making "squishy" faces!
*Food! He will try ANYTHING and we have yet to discover something he doesn't like!!
*Music!!
*Hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Hatch!
*Taking long baths with water toys!
*Making spit bubbles!
*Playing with his tractor toys! Caterpillar Power!!!! Nothing runs like a Deere!!!
*Sledding!!
*Singing and dancing!
*Playing the piano (or playing a duet with mama while she practices)!
*Crawling (he's building some mad math skills)!!
At a year old Zeke:
*Can walk, but still prefers to mostly get around by crawling and climbing. He does, however, love to walk all around the room with his hand lightly resting on whatever is closest to him: the couches, the baby gate, the piano.
*Has 5 teeth: 3 on top and 2 on bottom.
*Is off formula, drinking milk and eating solid foods.
*So far has had no allergic reactions to foods! Thank goodness!
*Is mostly sleeping through the night!!

We are so thankful that Zeke is a part of our family. He is so sweet, energetic, and makes the best faces EVER!!! He is a clown and is always making us laugh!! We are so glad we get to be his mama and daddy!!!
