Zeke: Six months old and loving life!

This Sunday was Zekez six month birthday! I can't believe he is already six months. Time has flown! Zeke has been a pretty happy baby since we brought him home, the only time he usually cries is when he's tired or hungry.  Lately he's been very sensitive though and also sometimes cries if you speak in a loud or excited voice.  However, most of the time he is full of smiles and laughs!

Zeke has been sitting up for about a month by himself, he still is a bit wobbly but he can usually correct himself if he starts to topple over. He's also figured out how to go from sitting to on his stomach all by himself on purpose! He hasn't started crawling yet but he can push himself up into a crawling position and move his legs, he just hasn't figured out his arms yet. He can get anywhere he wants though, by doing his inch worm crawl or just by pulling himself with his arms!!

So far Zeke is not so sure he likes food.  We've tried a few different fruits and vegetables and he hasn't been too impressed by any of them. The one he likes the most is surprisingly green beans! I think he wants to just bypass baby food and jump straight to the good stuff like pizza!

Zeke says a lot of yayayaya and rararara.  He is a very vocal baby and loves to babble.

Zeke LOVES animals.  His favorite currently is kitten Willow.  He enjoys going out and playing with his big dogs, Marley and Kaya, but he prefers the little dogs inside, Benny and Joon. They are more his size!!

He also loves books and music.  He wouldn't be his mamas child without loving books and he wouldn't be his daddy's child without loving music!!

Zeke is very good at church and loves when he gets to go to Grandma's primary class. He loves Grandma and he enjoys other kids!! He's very sociable and loves to smile at strangers! People are always talking to him in stores and he loves it!!

Zeke is very loved and is definitely worth the 5 year wait!!!
